I think Chuck and James granola is the best I have ever had! The moist texture and unique honey flavor is superior. I am addicted and have become a regular customer. Jody Kappel has been great to work with and goes out of his way to please his customer. If only more businesses followed his lead in customer service.

"This is something I must share with all my friends. I have a very good friend that I met and worked with for nearly 3 years in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Jody is from Montana and he occasionally use to prepare some of the best meals for me and our other expatriated friends in Saudi Arabia. One evening, following a great spaghetti dinner with the most unique and delicious spaghetti sauce I've ever tasted, I suggested that Jody go into business selling his sauce. That was 12 years ago. About 3 years ago Jody sent me a bag of granola he made at home. Once again his granola was the best I have ever tasted and unlike any other granola I have ever had. Several years ago I met a man who was selling "Montana Style" granola at a
marketplace in Bozeman, MT. His obvious enthusiasm and meticulous care for
quality convinced me to try each flavor...Lucky for me! I am convinced it is
the most wholesole and unique granola that I have ever tasted. Over the
years I have written from Alaska for more and more of his product. Jody has
always willingly filled these orders. Such dedication seems apparent in all
aspects of his organization. The quality of the product has remained
consistently superior and the "extra mile"
service has made me a devotee.
